Day 01: Arrival at Delhi Arrive in Delhi at International Airport. There you are received and assisted by our representative and guided to your hotel. You will be welcomed in a typical Indian way by offering garland and sweets. Later at dinner you will be acquainted with our tour- the cities and the sights covered during the journey. Overnight, at the hotel.
Day 02: Full Day Sight seeing Of Old And New Delhi Morning after your choicest breakfast there will be sightseeing tour of entire Delhi in an A/C indica. While traveling the guide will up date you with the glorious past of Delhi City. In the evening transfer to the hotel for overnight stay.
Old Delhi - The 350-year-old walled city was built by Emperor Shah Jehan in 1648 as his capital. Opposite the fort are the black and white onion dome and minarets of the Jama Masjid, the most elegant mosque in India. Raj Ghat is worth a visit where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948.
New Delhi - The new capital designed by Sir Edward Lutyens. An interesting drive in the one passing through the impressive Rajpath from the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate towards the Presidential Palace. Visit Humayun’s Tomb built in 1565 AD, Safdarjung’s Tomb, the Qutub Minar, 72 meters high and the most curious antique, the uncorroded Iron Pillar, which dates back to the 4th century AD.
Day 03: Delhi – Agra (206kms) Next morning the tour commences for Agra en-route, sojourn the monumental city of Fatehpur Sikri just 40km from Agra, constructed by Emperor Akbar and was deserted due to shortage of water. The city is pragmatic poetry en-carved in red sandstone. You will be enthrall at the sights of punch Mahal, Anup Talab,Diwan-e- Khas, Tomb of the holy saint Salim Chisti, Buland Darwaza. By evening reach Agra, check in to the hotel. Evening at your leisure. Go for a stroll through the colorful bazaars of Agra and enjoy shopping some of the famous items of Agra- marble imitations of Taj, brass items, delicious sweet (petha). Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Full Day Sightseeing Tour of Agra Visit the world famous Taj Mahal at dawn. Return back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast time to visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience, Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in the memory of her father. Evening free for leisure or own activities. Over night stay at Agra.
Day 05: Agra-Jaipur (245kms) Morning drive to Jaipur, on arrival checks in at hotel. Jaipur, a royal city where the past comes alive through its rugged forts and palace. Some of the palaces, once the residence of maharajas have now been converted into heritage hotels. Enjoy the sites of Rajasthani women in whirlpool skirts and bright veils, with dainty silver jewelry, and tall men in colorful turbans, while traveling to the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: full Day Sightseeing Tour of Jaipur Morning an excursion tour of Amer Fort, In the afternoon Visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Observatory, Hawa Mahal etc. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Jaipur: (Sheer Symphony in Pink): The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur, is color washed pink - the color associated with hospitality in Rajput culture. Built in 1727 A.D. by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur displays a remarkable harmony and architectural splendor. The ancient heart of the Pink City still beats in its fairy-tale palaces, rugged fortresses perched on barren hills and broad avenues that dot the entire city. The only planned city of its time, a formidable wall encircles Jaipur. There is a timeless appeal to Jaipur’s colorful bazaars where one can shop for Rajasthani handlooms and trinkets. Beautiful laid out gardens and parks, attractive monuments and marvelous heritage hotels, once the residence of Maharajas, are worth admiration. Not to mention the ambling camels and cheerful people in multi-hued costumes make your trip to the pink city a memorable one.
Day 07: Jaipur-Delhi (258kms) Morning after breakfast proceed for Delhi with some splendid memories preserved in your heart. On arrival in Delhi transfer to the airport to board the flight for onwards destination.
